Payer Credentialing Solutions System Implementation Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Master Acorn Payer Credentialing software applications and the specific workflows of that application
- Conduct client demonstrations of the software
- Manage software implementation services to include project management, solutions consultant, developing, and managing the implementation schedule, and integrating customer processes in alignment with system capabilities
- Manage project scope and customer expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Consult with clients to integrate existing processes into Acorn and advise on best practices to increase client efficiency using Acorn software
- Conduct web-based and/or onsite training
- Establish and manage relationships with clients through ongoing communication
- Work closely with clients and co-workers to resolve client issues
- Assist IT staff with evaluating data conversion files for key data
- Assisting clients with data conversion testing
- Communicate and cooperate with internal staff and external clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop presentations and content for client meetings and social media campaigns
- Work remotely with Acorn team and clients
Specified Proficiencies:
- Payer Credentialing and Enrollment Experience
- Navigating, training and using web-based software systems
- Credentialing software application management
- QA Software review and analysis
Bonus Points:
- Software as a Service experience
- Credentialing as a Service experience
- Previously worked with credentialing software company as a demo/training specialist
- Learn new technologies easily
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM)
General Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Ability to work in a highly agile environment independently and remotely or within a team dynamic
- 2+ years of payer credentialing experience in hospital credentialing and privileging
- Knowledge and understanding of physician onboarding, credentialing & re-credentialing, privileging
- Experience giving presentations and demonstrations
- Possess a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Power Point)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple projects with the ability to work within deadlines
- Must have excellent customer service skills and can work with client facing teams to onboard and train Medical Staffing Professionals
- Must have strong time management and organization skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must have home based office capabilities for streaming internet proficiently for remote work
