Employee Spotlight: Chelsea Beckmann

Meet Chelsea Beckmann, one of Acorn’s Implementation & Client Support Specialists.

Chelsea is a critical asset to the Acorn mission, helping to lead successful implementations across a variety of client engagements.

A subject matter expert in CME, OPPE/FPPE, & Credentialing, Chelsea has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting at the patient bedside at a level 2 trauma center.  From there, she spent a decade in CME, then on to patient advocacy before moving into credentialing and medical staff support.

Chelsea has a true client partner perspective that shines through her work, as evidenced by clients referring her specifically to other organizations looking for new credentialing and enrollment solutions.  At a recent new client implementation kick-off meeting, the new client shared their excitement to have Chelsea as their specialist, having been told by another organization how fantastic their experience was with her.

What makes Chelsea such a great client partner?  She understands the big picture, and how having the right systems and solutions in place can have a direct positive impact on the patient experience.

Chelsea enjoys being a part of a team that truly cares about and supports their employee’s needs and collaborates on goals of the coming years.

When she’s not being a rock-star Implementation & Client Support Specialist, she spends her spare time painting and sculpting, and is renovating her 120 year old home.

Thank you, Chelsea, for all you do for Acorn, and for being an amazing client partner!
