Employee Spotlight: Kimtrele Williams, Systems Implementation Specialist

Kimtrele is an important asset to the Acorn mission, bringing a deep understanding of the credentialing world and a passion for empowering Medical Staff Professionals (MSPs).

With over nine years of experience working directly with hospitals, CVOs, and group practices, Kimtrele has seen firsthand the challenges MSPs face and understands what it takes to streamline their workflows. 

“I’m passionate about helping MSPs make their jobs easier through technology,” she says. “That’s why this role at Acorn felt like a perfect fit!”

Kimtrele’s experience working in a SaaS environment gives her a unique perspective on what clients look for in a software platform. She excels at analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and implementing solutions that help clients

save time and reduce errors. 

“I understand the importance of a system that’s not only powerful but also user-friendly and reliable,” she says. “My experience collaborating directly with MSPs allows me to anticipate challenges and provide guidance that truly enhances their workflows; my goal is to help them get the most out of Acorn.”

As a credentialing expert, Kimtrele feels that what really sets Acorn apart from other platforms is its strong automation features, including detailed reporting, task management, alerts, and CAQH data importing. These features help users stay organized and proactive in managing their workflows.

One of the biggest challenges Kimtrele sees in healthcare today is the amount of duplication and manual input in credentialing processes. She believes that technology can help by providing a single source of truth, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and automating tasks.

Outside of work, Kimtrele is a passionate traveller who has visited four out of seven continents, with plans to cross the other three off her bucket list. Her life philosophy is simple: “Taking small, consistent actions will lead to big results. I love to improve and keep things simple.”
