Racheal is a critical asset to the Acorn mission, bringing a unique blend of skills and experiences to our team. She has worked in a variety of fields, including law, real estate, retail, and the arts.
Before joining Acorn, Racheal was in the trenches with her local health system, handling credentialing and onboarding. That experience gave her a real understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to credentialing software.
“Having been on the client side and working with a few different credentialing platforms, I saw firsthand how clunky and frustrating some systems can be,” Racheal says. “That’s what drew me to Acorn; the platform’s abilities help clinic and hospital staff in areas where other platforms fall short. I wanted to be part of a product that is progressive, where the team is constantly working to make it even better.”
Racheal’s hands-on experience translates into real benefits for Acorn clients. She knows exactly what keeps MSPs up at night: repetitive data entry, confusing workflows, and the constant pressure to stay compliant. She uses that knowledge to guide implementations and help clients get the most out of Acorn’s platform.
And it’s not just about technical expertise: Racheal brings a love of creativity and problem-solving to her role. “I’m excited to use my skills to develop innovative solutions that improve workflows and take away some of those pain points,” she says.
Racheal knows from experience that Acorn’s automation is a game-changer because it saves so much time. You enter data once, and it automatically populates everywhere. The system does the heavy lifting, from updating records to pulling info from CAQH and the NPI Registry, which reduces duplication and inaccuracy. Acorn also lets you build your own reports and templates, which is super useful.
When she’s not helping streamline healthcare processes, Racheal enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and pursuing her passion for horseback riding.
