Dr. Jack Zeltzer was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and graduated from McGill University with a degree as Doctor of Medicine. He is currently a practicing Vascular Surgeon in West Palm Beach, Florida since 1982.

At various times he has held the following positions: President of the Florida Vascular Society; President of the South Florida Society for Vascular Surgery; Chairman of the Department of Surgery JFK Medical Center, Atlantis Florida; President of the Medical Staff JFK Medical Center, Atlantis Florida; and Chairman of the Board of JFK Medical Center, Atlantis Florida.
