Jennifer Jia is Acorn’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). She has over 30 years of experience driving innovation, technical excellence, and the launching of cutting-edge products and services. Jen is the architect of the Acorn System which has been recognized by users as the best of class in the credentialing space. She is a technology visionary, innovator and problem solver which distinguishes the Acorn System and facilitates client growth and efficiency. She is constantly harnessing innovations to enhance and expand Acorn’s products and services. Jen earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and, prior to Acorn, held a series of leadership roles in both software technology and e-commerce companies where she delivered ground-breaking solutions.
